The cylinder brush is a
strip brush that is would onto a shaft and
secured either by welding or mechanical
fastening. This style strip brush can then
be rotated to scrub or clean an unlimited
number of items because of its versatility
in available sizes and brush fillings.
A strip brush can be made
with many different types of bristles. We
can make a strip brush with synthetics such
as nylon, polyester or polypropylene, or
we can make a strip brush with natural fillings
such as horsehair or tampico. We can also
make many strip brushes with wire filling
of stainless steel, brass, bronze or carbon
steel.
We can also make our strip
brush with different metal channel sizes
and materials. Our strip brush can be made
with galvanized steel, stainless steel or
aluminum. All strip brushes can be mounted
in our custom designed strip brush holders.
We have strip brush holders to fit every
size of strip brush we manufacture. We have
a strip brush holder for our #2.5 strip
brush, our #3 strip brush, our #4 strip
brush, our #5 strip brush, our #7 strip
brush, and our #8 strip brush. When the
strip brush filaments wear down, the strip
brush can be removed from its strip brush
holder and install a new strip brush in
its place. If the strip brush holder has
been damaged, both strip brush holder and
strip brush can also be replaced easily.
